Kimberly Rein

So to make a long story short: I was a student and she is the librarian at my high school. I was living in an abusive foster home at the time. I would come in every day to check out new books and talk with her about my home life.

In December they were going to move me to a new home because the abuse was so bad so she called my caseworker and started taking foster classes so she could take me in.

I moved in with her in February and it’s the best home I’ve ever had. I can’t stress enough how much this woman deserves this award.

I have not seen a more selfless teacher or someone who loves as deeply or strongly as her. Please please please give her your vote.
